Drop-In Policy

CrossFit Lefthand welcomes all drop-ins! We only ask that you abide by some simple rules:

  1. Please register online by clicking the link above! Select a class, fill out your information, sign our waiver and provide payment.
  2. Try to arrive 15 minutes before a class so that you can check in and become familiar with the space, our coaches and community! 
  3. We do have open gym as well, so if you want to come in and do your own thing, that's fine too! 

Other things to know as a drop-in:

  • We have shirts and other merchandise, so show that Lefthand support by repping our swag!
  • We pride ourselves on our positive community so be ready to feel welcomed, encouraged and motivated to put in work!
