CrossFit Lefthand welcomes all of our drop-ins! We only ask that you abide by these simple rules:
- Drop-In rate is $20.
- If you decide to come back the following day for round two, your workout is free, on the house.
- If you don't have any CrossFit experience, that's okay. We can modify your workout!
- You must register online by clicking the link below. Please select a class, fill out your information, sign our waiver and provide payment.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before a class so that you can check in and become familiar with the space, our coaches, and our badass community!
- We do have open gym as well, so if you want to come in and do your own thing, that's fine too! Please fill out your info anyway and when you arrive, just let us know that you are an open-gymer.
Other things to know as a drop-in:
- We have shirts and other merchandise, so make sure to show that Lefthand support by repping our swag!
- We pride ourselves on our positive community, so be ready to feel welcomed, encouraged, and motivated to put in work!
