If you're new to weightlifting, there's a lot to learn when it comes to proper form, technique, and strength building. Our on-ramp program provides two personal training sessions with our weightlifting coach and access to our coached hours so that you become properly trained for your first month!
Every Monday-Friday from 4-6 PM, work on your form with our very own Adam Dobrez. Adam has an Advanced Olympic Lifting Certification and is a certified USA Powerlifting Club Coach. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience that can help you reach your goals.
